What to expect
Crossroads is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All assessment and referral services are offered to the consumer and payer without a fee. The initial assessment is designed to determine the level of care that best meets the person’s needs.
Crossroads works in partnership with insurance companies, managed care reviewers and other funding sources to facilitate appropriate admissions and continued care.
We welcome referrals by medical or mental health care givers, case managers, family members, community agencies, hospitals, clergy, friends and by patients themselves. Crossroads does not discriminate in accepting anyone because of ethnic or national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age or gender.
